Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Designer and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.Contribute to the design of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products, adhering to design standards and best practices.Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and ideation workshops to generate creative solutions and concepts.Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the user experience.Assist in maintaining and evolving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation, providing support and clarifications as needed.Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing insights, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.4-6 years
of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning.Experience working in a SAAS environment is advantageous but not required.
