**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Experience working with a sales team for Sales Enablement and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
- Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
- Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.
- Achieve forecasted sales goals
- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads
- Selling Hub Spaces to EV fleets.
- Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
- Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers.
- Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information
- On-board customers and keep communication alive

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Grad + MBA in relevant field.
- 3+ years of hands-on sales and partnerships experience.
- Excellent understanding of EV Market/ OEM EV/ Automobile.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use of analytical skills.
- An understanding of agile sales, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A decent understanding of fleets/ 3or4 wheeler cargos/ Real estate.
