We offer remote staffing solutions to various industry verticals located in North America, specializing in chat-based services.

As a chat support executive, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service to our clients. You will be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support.

To be considered for this position, you must have excellent written communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Additionally, you should be able to work independently and be comfortable working remotely.

Your KRA's include the following but are not limited to;
- Take and engage chats to prospective website visitors in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.
- Respond to multiple inbound chats; gather and verify required information as appropriate.
- Communicate with current and prospective website visitor using live chat to give information and answer questions regarding current promotions and new or upgraded products and services.
- Quote prices and encourages customers to buy.
- Be open and responsive to consistent coaching, take an active role in performance planning and goal setting.
- Be flexible in an environment by championing and embracing change.
- Must have minimum 1 Year of relevant experience (Chat/Blended) process in the North American Market.
- A professional demeanour with the ability to take ownership of every chat and find a solution for every customer.
- At least 1 years ofinternational chat support experience is mandatory.
- Strong command over the English Language.
- Excellent communicationskills along with strong writing skills.
- Self-motivated to work independently.

**Infrastructure Requirements**
- Excellent Internet connection for Zoom/google meet Video meetings
- Appropriate power backup/Inverter.
- A computer system/Laptop at home. Configuration: i3 6th gen/i5 4th Gen
- 2.5 GHz or higher,
- 8 GB RAM up-gradable, 160 GB HDD/SSD with Windows 10 Pro operating system. ( Camera for Zoom/ Video conference)
- Designated workspace for working.
