Chat Support Executive

Customer Support is the single most important function at go4WorldBusiness. We have a vibrant and dynamic team of Support Agents who work round the clock to answer customer queries and provide quick resolution to all customer complaints.
**NOTE:
- ** Please note that this is a desk based job and does not involve travel.
**Employment Type:
- This is a full-time, on-site role. Not work from home or hybrid.**
**Educational qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field
**What you'll do most of the time:
- **
- Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
- Process and log incoming/outgoing calls into the CRM system
- Forward and escalate inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
- Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries
**What you'll need to Qualify:
- **
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Resilience
- Strong communication skills including both verbal and written
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
