We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline .- Manage and drive sales team target and performance.- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.- Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer in English.- Candidate should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Requirements:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat process.- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.- Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
