We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional support via chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction metrics and response time targets.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems and software.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
