**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via chat to provide prompt and courteous assistance
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Utilize product knowledge to answer questions and provide solutions to customers
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering support services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in typing and grammar
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with chat support software and CRM systems is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
