We are looking for a motivated and organized person to join our team at Digininja Private Limited. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining smooth functioning of office and delivering effective assistance to the Director.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Organize and maintain office supplies and ensure that there is adequate stock.
2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Accurately record minutes of meetings (MOM).
4. As the Director's executive assistant, you'll be responsible to oversee daily operations and tasks.
5. Arrange and plan the Director's meetings, conferences, and travel schedule.
7. Arrange and plan meetings, both internal and external, taking into account any alterations or conflicts.
8. Send out prompt reminders regarding forthcoming appointments and due dates.
9. Address routine inquiries on the Director's behalf.

**Must-Have**:
1. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. The ability to prioritize and multitask.
5. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
