Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Target sales Marketing.
- Planning and all sales marketing activities as per the set of plan for organization direct to potential clients.
- Finding business opportunity from corporate market, generate new customers, regular searching and development for new markets and expand business.
- Short-term and long-term planning for achieving the value and target set by the organization.
- Propose and implement the sales marketing plans for increasing sales.
- Ability to form a reseaux of product distributors per city or region
- Ability to form team with other sales executives to improve sales and training with independently and effectively in complex situation.
- Working closely with the company’s Marketing and sales team, enabling them to meet their organizational objectives.
- Ensuring that the sales marketing objectives are implemented into defined areas
- Be fully responsible for overall marketing staff training and in achieving sales target given by the company.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
- To have potential to grow into head of sales, and have extensive knowldege of direct marketing into stores, and direct to end users SME
Job Nature: Full-time.
Working days: Monday to Saturday

- Good communication skill in both Indian and English language.
- Proficient in office program and other regular tech.
Experience: 1 year of experience in direct sales and trade sales of at least 1/2 with degree or 4 without degree.

- Performance Bonus (achievement of targets plus commission on sales facilitating excellent revenue for achieving).
