Ekara Financial Services - Sales Executive

Ekara Financial is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key role in driving sales of our innovative financial products and services, helping individuals and businesses make informed financial decisions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets for new customer acquisition.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Present Ekara's financial products and services in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's egree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- A strong understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
