**Position**: Sales Executive (Full-Time)

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive at Foxmula, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our products and services. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, pitching, conducting virtual calls and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing, and management to achieve our strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting our course as the best solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via virtual calls, highlighting the benefits of Foxmula's/ Expertron's offerings.
- Negotiate loan terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the education or technology industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Monthly salary: 20,000 INR
- Incentives and bonuses based on sales performance
- Work From Home (Permanently Remote) Position

- Probation Period: 2 weeks, during which performance and fit within the company culture will be evaluated.
