Employment Type: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and correspondence
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
- Maintain and organize records, files, and office systems
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with event planning and management

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:
