**We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Empowerment Associate to join our team. As a Customer Empowerment Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and empowerment through effective communication, support, and problem-solving.**
- Be good at using all social media platforms.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have basic idea of analytics
- Be a fast learner.
- Experience in Digital Marketing is a big plus. (SaaS Domain)
- Worked previously in client facing roles
**Role Requirements**
- Understanding of Digital Marketing SaaS Domain
- He /She will help in expansion of the existing accounts by reaching out to clients proactively also building rapport and maintaining health checks
- Actively scheduling meeting for Quarterly review / Monthly to which check the future road map
- Recommend best practices in Social Listening and analytics.
- Experience in using CRM tools, customer support platforms, and customer feedback mechanisms is a plus.
- Proactively identify opportunities to empower customers through education, resources, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
