Your duties and responsibilities may include:
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies: Create and execute effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. This may include identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and implementing promotional activities.

2. Conducting market research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

3. Building relationships with customers: Cultivate and maintain good relationships with customers through regular communication, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

4. Generating sales leads: Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through various channels, such as online advertising, social media platforms, trade shows, and partnerships with travel agencies or corporate clients.

5. Collaborating with hotel and resort partners: Establish productive relationships with hotels and resorts to negotiate favorable rates, partner promotions, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to boost sales.

6. Developing and implementing marketing campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the website and its offerings. This may involve developing creative content, managing advertising campaigns, and optimizing website performance.

7. Monitoring sales performance: Track and analyze sales performance and marketing initiatives to measure success. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to achieve sales targets.

8. Providing feedback and insights: Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis with the relevant teams (such as product development or customer support) to enhance the website's offerings and customer experience.

9. Keeping up with industry trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in online marketing and travel technology. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to remain competitive in the market.

10. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other teams, such as product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and consistent brand messaging. Remember, specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the company's size, structure, and specific goals and objectives.
