Brand Partnerships Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to attract and onboard new business clients.
- Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- **Business Outreach**:
- Identify and target potential business clients interested in influencer marketing.
- Create and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with client goals.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance expectations.
- **Influencer Relations**:
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers across various platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to influencers throughout campaign execution.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics and tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and effective influencer marketing strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
