**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Engagement**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads from the provided database.
- Introduce potential buyers to our real estate projects and gather relevant information about their needs and preferences.
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport with prospects through consistent communication.

**Prospecting & Conversion**:

- Qualify leads based on their interest and buying potential.
- Present project details, benefits, pricing, and offers to potential buyers in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Follow up on leads regularly to keep them engaged and address any queries or concerns.

**Sales Closure**:

- Guide potential buyers through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth and informed buying experience.
- Assist in scheduling site visits, project presentations, and meetings with the sales team as necessary.
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals through effective follow-up and negotiation.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress, and outcomes with leads using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports to the sales manager on lead status, conversion rates, and feedback received.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar sales tracking tools.
- Fluency in English and Telugu (additional languages are a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
