**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our products/services and identify potential leads.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
- Present product/service features and benefits persuasively to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations with potential clients.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and lead status updates in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications**
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive spirit and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive and engaging phone presence.
- Aptitude for technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Proven ability in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and time management.
- Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required.
