About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telecalling Supervisor to build and lead our telecalling team, drive lead generation, and ensure exceptional customer service for our app-based laundry service. You will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, motivating and developing your team, complaint resolution and ensuring smooth operations within the telecalling department.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Building & Management:

- Recruit, onboard, and train new telecallers.
- Develop and implement performance management plans for individual team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve call quality and conversion rates.
- Motivate and empower your team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Sales & Performance:

- The process leads and schedules appointments by effectively using Zoho CRM.
- Manage and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.
- Analyze call data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain an average order value target for the team.

Customer Relationship:

- Maintain Zoho records of all complaints faced by the customers
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer's complains
- Develop an SOP for complaint resolution
- Supervise & train the calling team on effectively implementing SOP
- Manage and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly complaints report

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecalling Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a telecalling environment.
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and or any other CRM
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and inspire team members.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address sales and performance issues.
- Passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
