**Job Summary**:
The Senior Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating ambulance services for our animal hospital. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a compassionate approach to handling emergency situations involving pets and their owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ambulance Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate ambulance schedules and dispatches.
- Ensure timely response and efficient routing for emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Liaise with veterinary staff and ambulance drivers to facilitate seamless transport of animals.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, addressing their concerns and needs with empathy.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to ambulance services, appointments, and general hospital information.
- Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during emergency situations.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of ambulance trips, including details of the animal's condition, treatment, and transport logistics.
- Prepare reports and updates for hospital management regarding ambulance service performance and areas for improvement.
- Manage billing and payment processes related to ambulance services.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Train and mentor junior customer support staff.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the customer support team.
- Collaborate with the hospital management to improve service quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
- Prior experience in managing emergency response or ambulance coordination is highly desirable.
