Service Coordinator

This role involves a crucial aspect of our operations - the preparation of quotations for tenders. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage this responsibility while also coordinating service-related activities.
**Position: Service Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Quotation Preparation**:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to gather necessary information for quotation development.
- Analyze tender documents to identify key requirements, scope of work, and pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and services required for tender submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations in accordance with tender deadlines.
- **Service Coordination**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, scheduling, and coordination.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to client sites as needed.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the service process to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
- Monitor service activities to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, service requests, and client communications.
- Generate reports on quotation activity, service performance, and client feedback.
- Assist in the development of standardized templates and processes for quotation preparation and service coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Previous experience in quotation preparation for tenders, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quotation management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
