Service Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Service Activities**: Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer communications.
- **Liaison with Technicians**: Work closely with service technicians to ensure they have the necessary information, tools, and parts for service tasks.
- **Parts Management**: Oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring availability for scheduled services and repairs.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze service reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all service activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously seek ways to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in a service coordination role within the manufacturing industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
