Us-healthcare Patient Calling

The Patient US Healthcare Calling Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients regarding their appointments, follow-ups, and general inquiries. You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive timely information and support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact USA Healthcare patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, reschedule, or confirm details.
- Follow up with patients regarding test results, treatment plans, or prescription refills.
- Answer USA patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding clinic services.
- Maintain and update patient records and scheduling information in the system.
- Assist with USA patient onboarding and preparation for their visits.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to relay important messages or updates to patients.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and patient management software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Friendly and professional phone manner.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
