**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact patients via phone to schedule appointments and confirm availability.
- Provide courteous reminders and confirmations of upcoming appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general healthcare information.
- Update patient records with accurate appointment details and notes from interactions.
- Follow established protocols for patient communication and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with medical staff and administrative team members to ensure efficient patient scheduling and service delivery.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients of diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to patient communication and data privacy.

**Qualifications**:

- Any UG/ PG Degree.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Empathy and compassion in dealing with patients' concerns and healthcare needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is beneficial.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience with patient scheduling software or EMR systems.
- Certification in medical assisting or healthcare administration.

Pay: ₹19,700.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
