The Patient Caller in medical billing is responsible for contacting patients regarding their outstanding medical bills, insurance coverage, or payment plans. They ensure accurate communication of billing details, answer patient inquiries, and provide support for resolving payment issues. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a focus on patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact patients to discuss medical billing statements and payment plans.
- Answer patient questions regarding billing, insurance claims, and account balances.
- Verify patient information and update records as needed.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
