Responsible for purchase, invoicing, logistics in the **Commercial Department**, your job entails acting in a way that:

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Transacting with various statutory authorities for various documents such as way bills, etc.
- Processing the vendor payments as per prescribed credit period and updating accounts department for disbursing the same without any delay.
- Monitoring and preparing the age wise analysis of debtors and regularly following up for recovery of debtors.
- Preparation of Delivery Challans & Invoices for shipments to clients and collection of payment.
- **Purchase**:

- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Purchase order generation and vendor follow-up.
- All the purchase Activities like collecting Quotation, Negotiation, Follow up, Vendor Development.
- Responsible for all Receipt activities-Material Receiving,, Stacking, Making GRN & MRR, Making of Receipt &, Documentation.
- Logistics for shipping to and from.
- Imports & Exports
