Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Acquire New Projects: Develop and implement strategies to acquire projects for packaging designs within the FMCG industry in India and globally.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the FMCG industry to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring our designs align with market demands.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and
- expand our client base.
- Networking: Actively network and engage with potential clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders to create business opportunities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development within the FMCG industry, preferably in packaging design.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing projects in India and international markets.
- Self-driven and passionate about business growth, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate our services effectively to clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
