**Job Brief**:
**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Co
- ordination with customer, vendor, Sales Team and warehouse team.
- Connecting MD for setting up business priorities, strategic planning and calendar on day to day basis.
- Determine priority of matters of attention, redirect matters to staff or handle personally, as appropriate.
- Liaison with external/ third party on behalf of MD and schedule key business meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, maintain sensitive records confidentially.
- Service MD desk producing key agendas, announcing meetings, taking minutes of the meetings, reviewing the earlier meetings and organizing key documents.
- Other administrative activities may come into various scenarios from time to time.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and generate reports as scheduled (weekly & monthly) for further decision making.
- Connect sales team for their daily work tracker, keep monitoring team’s progress in accordance to target vs. achievement sheet, identify GAP areas and propose intelligent approach towards. Deliver training to sales team and new partners.
- Ensure the adequacy of ad sales related equipments/promotional material and smooth show of various events i.e. expo, road shows etc.
- Connect vendors as required.
- Issuance of Materials requisition to GRN on purchase side & Ownership on process till PI to dispatch - Sales side.
- Connect warehouse team to ensure all orders should be processed timely and accurately by them and still in case of any unforeseen delays in orders or anticipating any major issue/complaint, handle the partner in diligent way and ensure after sales support as required/requested.
- Co-ordinate with various consultants, freelancers, commission agents or third parties.
- To handle key clients of the company.

**Skill Set**:

- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience 2 years and above
- Social Media Knowledge
- Team handling

**Qualification**:
Graduation in any discipline however post-graduation in management would be an added advantage

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
