**Key Responsibilities**:
- **India Mart Page Management**:Create and maintain our India Mart profile, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Regularly update product listings, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly.
Manage reviews and ratings to enhance our online reputation.
- **Lead Generation**:Identify and engage with potential B2B clients through India Mart.
Develop strategies to generate leads and inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor page performance, traffic, and engagement.
Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of our India Mart presence.
Use data insights to refine our strategy and improve results.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in managing India Mart pages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Knowledge of India Mart platform is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
