Customer Relations Executive

To be the first point of customer contact for sales and bookings by developing relationships with existing and potential clients, so as to increase bookings across all Willmount Properties
**Description**
- The Reservation Executive handles requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms.
- He/She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system.
- He/She needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms.
- He/She helps to meet monthly revenue targets. This is done by coming up with promotional packages to boost room sales and revenue.
- He/She has to create packages based on requests. He/She must also make reservations on other services as requested.
- He/She should be versed with all packages and the up selling of products/services.
- He/She has to follow all policies and procedures.He/She also has to comply with quality assurance and standards.
- He/She deals with guests adeptly and maintains confidentiality of guest information and property data
**Tasks**
- Acquire industry knowledge.
- Aid in the effectiveness of the work teams.
- Aid communication and engagement at the workplace.
- Become the role model of the service vision.
- Ensure sustainable business operations through adoption of environmental practices.
- Maintain personal image and emotional competence to manage self and team at the workplace.
- Manage online information.
- Perform online collaboration.
- Provide front office services.
- Resolve guest concerns and feedback.
- Use basic negotiation skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all telephone calls are responded to efficiently and in a tailored and professional manner.
- Converting enquiry bookings into firm bookings by quality follow-up and negotiation to close sales.
- Oversee the whole booking process and be an account manager for our key clients, handling all necessary admin on contracts, bedroom and meeting room allocation, calendar updating.
- Assist with targeted marketing campaigns with potential, previous and existing clients.
- Morning Meeting at 9.15 am.
- Updating all the bookings and enquiries in Google Sheets.
- Taking proper reviews from our guests.
- Updating all advance received to the accounts team.
- Updating the booking status to the property managers on time.
- Updation of bookings confirmed and advance received at the end of the day.
- Proper updation of Google form.
- Salary: Between 5th and 10th of every month.
- Advance: In between 15th and 25th of every month only.
- Leave: Monthly 4 leaves. Need to update prior.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
