Role Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate comprehensive sales plans tailored to the region's market dynamics and target customer segments. Identify key opportunities for revenue generation and market penetration.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers. Understand their needs and preferences to provide customized solutions and ensure repeat business.
Sales Promotion: Implement promotional activities, discounts, and packages to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collaterals and campaigns.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Revenue Optimization: Monitor room occupancy, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) for hotels in the region. Identify areas for revenue optimization and implement pricing strategies accordingly.
Sales Performance Tracking: Track sales performance against targets and KPIs. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional sales experiences.
Customer Feedback: Solicit feedback from customers to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Take proactive measures to address concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.
Pay: ₹200.00 per day
