Regional Sales Head

The ideal candidate will generate and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company and should also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. Your role will primarily involve in knowing the unique preferences and needs of high end architects, should also showcase and present our products as solutions which shall align with their design visions and effectively reach to final deal to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry and a comprehensive product knowledge is a must.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region and develop plans to capitalise on them.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to train existing and potential customers and promote company products.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Travel to the assigned area to find potential customers and gain market share.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Build dealer/ fabricator connection as much as possible to boost network and sales.
- Should have worked with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Real Estate Agents and should be able to bring business through contacts with developers, intermediaries, etc.
- Should gather feedback from architects to improve product offerings and service delivery to monitor client satisfaction and should be able to resolve queries and issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in similar or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a valid driving License.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Salary depends on the experience.
