**Job Title**: Receptionist/Administrator
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding them as needed.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with relevant materials.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms as required.
- Assist visitors with building access and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage access badges.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and organizing physical and electronic documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering new stock as required.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain calendars for senior management and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Help coordinate company events, staff meetings, and office functions.
- Provide administrative support to HR, accounting, and other departments as needed.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, filing receipts, and tracking expenses.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain office confidentiality protocols.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and guests.
- Monitor office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers), arrange for repairs or servicing as necessary.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to in the office environment.
- Carry out other tasks and duties as assigned by the Office or Administration Manager.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
