Back Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize Excel to organize and analyze data effectively.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and presentations.
- Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
