- Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Complete various administrative tasks, such as report writing, filing, compiling data, and maintaining records
- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Proven work experience in a back office role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
- Excellent organizational skills
