Field Sales Intern

**Internship Description**:
Will be responsible formanaging the customer lifecycle from on boarding to renewal anddeveloping long-term relationships with our clients. This role will focuson ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption and usage ofour products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing and executing customer success plans for assigned accounts Monitoring customer usage and adoption of our products Proactively engaging customers to ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions
- Developing and executing strategies to increase customer retention Identifying customer needs and upselling opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to provide product feedback and customer insights
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Developing relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Tracking and reporting customer success metrics
**Requirements**:
- Ability to work on Field sales.
- Strong Communication
- Ability to listen, earn trust, and consult with clients
- Ability to effectively manage time to maximize results
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
