**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:
Conduct field sales by visiting potential clients to introduce our products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Utilize persuasive selling techniques to showcase the value of our solutions.

**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct cold calling and other proactive methods to identify potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for future sales.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule and attend meetings with key decision-makers to understand their needs.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions.

**Sales Growth**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of new business development and account management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team regarding customer needs and market demands.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and presentations.
- Familiarity with Technology & IoT is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant sales and business development experience.
