Spectrum is launching a subsidiary in the Information Technology sector focused on Digital Transformations, Artificial Intelligence, IIoT, Cloud computing, DevOps/Agile, AIOps, BI & Analytics, BigData, ERP (SAP BusinessOne, HANA), CRM (SalesForce), HRMS packages (WorkDay, SuccessFactors, Oracle), industry-specific COTS (Commercial Off-The_Shelf) implementations like Oracle FlexCube, GE Digital, ServiceNow, Tableau, Oracle Insurance, PerfectServe, Stryker, Appian, Power Automate, Power BI and others.
**Role Description**
This role is located in Mumbai. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing the sales executives team.
This job is mainly for IT sales professionals. Non-IT sales professionals with IT experience could also be considered.
**Details**
Compensation: Rs 10 to 25 Lakhs annual CTC as per qualifications, skills, experience, and personal traits.
Work location: Powai, Mumbai with frequent travels to client locations.
Work timings: Flexi 9 hours daily Monday to Friday when in office. Full flexi hours when on sales assignments.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales including Digital Technology sales.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute sales tasks and achieve goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in one major industry.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and one local language is required.
