**Job description**

Location - Ghatkopar Mumbai

**Key Account Executive Responsibilities**:

- As a key account executive, acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients and managing them
- Addressing and resolving clients’ complaints to maintain trust
- Communicating and collaborating with the sales, design, packaging, and logistics departments to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
- Tracking deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Compiling reports on key account progress
- Relationship building with existing customers and sharing information with the sales team for repeat business opportunities
- Driving sales on different marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc
- Manage the listings, inventory and update stocks on all marketplaces
- Ensure our listing and offerings are at par with competition and ongoing trends on these marketplaces.
- Order management and coordination with internal teams for timely fulfilment
- Customer support for any queries on orders
- Self - starter, passionate to grow and learn
- Ability to thrive and work in fast paced work environment
- Extremely organised and methodical
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and senior management
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
- Ability in problem solving and negotiation
