Medical Receptionist

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for lead generation, sales, and service inquiries.
- Handle customer queries and provide information about products/services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for customer follow-ups.
- Address customer complaints and ensure proper resolution within a set timeframe.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
