Manage and guide front office executives/receptionists.
- Assist Front office Manager in managing the daily workflow.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff members. Clear verbal communication and good listening skills are crucial.
- Excellent customer service to patients and their families.
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and keeping track of patient records requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems, appointment scheduling software, and other healthcare related software is often required.
- Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Hotel/Hospital industry
- Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline
- Hotel management diploma preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English language is a must
- Must have good computer knowledge and knowledge of MS Office package
- Proactive and leadership skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
