We are looking for a **Telecalling Sales Executive** with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into sales. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our comprehensive **printing services**.
- **Client Engagement**: Understand customer needs and offer tailored **printing solutions** that meet their requirements.
- **Sales Conversion**: Successfully convert leads into sales by highlighting the benefits of our **offset and digital printing** services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain a detailed and updated customer database, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth of **Prime Prints**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telecalling, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the **printing industry**.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and client-focused approach.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong understanding of **sales techniques**.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to assess customer needs and provide the most effective printing solutions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of **offset and digital printing processes** is preferred.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software** is a plus.
