- **Target Achievement**: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the growth of **Prime Prints**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in telecalling, sales, or a related field, preferably within the **printing industry**.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet sales targets and a solid understanding of **sales techniques**.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of **offset and digital printing processes** is preferred.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Familiarity with **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software** is an advantage.
