**Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The primary role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our products or services, and converting leads into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers and inform them about products/services.
- Answer inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Record customer details and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to close deals effectively.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in [mention languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹8,478.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
