Job Title **:Tele Caller Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**: Conduct outbound calls to potential Students from provided leads or cold calling lists.

Present and explain products or services to prospective customers and answer any questions they may have.

Listen attentively to customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure sales and achieve monthly quotas.

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and persistently to close sales.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

**Requirements**: One to two year of experience or fresher in telecaller or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Results-driven with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.

**H.S.C. preferred**
