**Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling**: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Introduce the clinic’s range of aesthetic services (e.g., skin treatments, body contouring, anti-aging procedures, etc.) and schedule consultations.

**Client Engagement**: Answer incoming queries from potential and existing clients regarding services, pricing, promotions, and appointments. Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and aftercare instructions. Follow up on consultations and post-treatment follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

**Appointment Scheduling**:
Coordinate with the clinic’s scheduling team to book appointments for consultations and treatments. Manage and update appointment calendars, ensuring mínimal scheduling conflicts.

**Lead Management**: Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately. Qualify leads based on interest, need, and budget, and escalate potential opportunities to the sales or consultation team. Track and report on tele-calling metrics, including conversion rates and client feedback.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted calling campaigns and promotions. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and appointment setting.

**Administrative Tasks**: Maintain detailed records of calls, client feedback, and follow-up actions. Provide regular feedback on common client inquiries or challenges to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus. Experience:
Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry. Experience with CRM software and appointment scheduling systems is beneficial.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Friendly and professional attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

**Organizational Skills**: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable using computers, telephony systems, and CRM software. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the aesthetics and cosmetic treatment industry. Bilingual or multilingual abilities. Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

**Working Conditions**: Work is typically performed in an office environment. May require flexible working hours including evenings or weekends based on client availability and campaign requirements. A headset and computer are provided; a stable internet connection is required if working remotely.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
