**Job Title: Front Office Executive (Female)**
**About Us**
We are a vibrant and dynamic dance studio operated by an all-girl team that is passionate about promoting the art of dance and creating a positive and inclusive environment for our students. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer care, managing inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
**Position Overview**
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of our dance studio, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative operations. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to the overall success of our studio.
**Responsibilities**
Customer Care
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Administrative Support
- Assist in managing class schedules, registrations, and student records.
- Coordinate with dance instructors and other staff to ensure smooth studio operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Communication
- Effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff to relay important information and updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote studio events, workshops, and performances.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role. Freshers can also be considered if the skill sets are compelling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- We are NOT looking for a person interested in dance.
