**Global Travel & Expenses Manager _E-mobility**:

As the Global Travel and Expense Manager, you are responsible for managing the policy, process and operations related to employees’ travel booking and expenses, expense analytics, travel and expense training and expense audit and compliance. A key responsibility for this position is to deliver cost efficient travel services through Concur expense platform with high customer satisfaction while maximizing travel policy and savings. Your team is expected to build, implement and optimize our new Concur expense platform. You are also expected to provide a quality check function for the team, supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Preferred locations: India, Poland

**Your responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end travel and expense policy and process for all global employees in partnership with the outsourced providers/ vendors
- Manage the in-house T&E specialists and third party vendors, collecting business needs and connecting with users to develop the proper T&E solution (dashboard, reporting, on-line training, policy changes, etc)
- Develop, monitor and enforce employee expenses, corporate travel and credit card policies that optimize for accuracy and scalability, monitor employee reimbursement process inclusive of managing systems and assisting ongoing processing
- Manage reporting inclusive of spend plus volume trends along with exception reporting, budgeting and forecasting, set the standards of corporate travel management
- Continually evaluate the configuration and optimization of the existing travel and expense processes and platforms, ensure the successful onboarding of new companies/countries onto ABB E-mobility’s travel and expense platforms and processes through the development of a detailed M&A and integration playbook
- Create an excellent employee experience through the development of self-service resources, proactive communications and by managing T&E communications across multiple channels and supporting in establishing Performance and KPI Measurement Systems and reporting major performance challenges between business and T&E HUBs
- Anticipate, develop, and improve internal audit capabilities to ensure all compliance requirements are met, respond in emergencies and employ contingency plans when possible, track expenses and reconcile accounts when necessary and manage corporate credit cards
- Build and maintain relationships with all relevant third-party travel vendors, manage the ongoing compliance for all regulatory obligations, support overall organization’s internal control compliance requirements through adherence to key controls and timely completion of reporting
- Partner with Accounting and Finance on T&E related reporting and reconciliations and assist with providing requests for the year-end audit, select and hire employees as necessary. Train and evaluate employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions. Work with direct report(s) to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff

**Your background**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Travel & Expenses management, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field
- Experience in managing global frameworks (or at least Regional), fluent in English is mandatory, other languages are considered as a plus
- Project management skills and experience in internal control framework is preferred, ability to interact with different levels of employees and advanced communication skills in multicultural environment
- Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders
- Experience in identifying improvement opportunities and driving improvement projects with effective project management skills
- Self-motivated, time efficient and proactive with ability to work under minimum supervision
- Enthusiastic team player with desire to train/mentor, and willing to assist others where necessary
