**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Construction Field
**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through networking, site visits, and referrals to expand the client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project managers.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s construction products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- **Site Visits**: Visit construction sites to meet with decision-makers and understand project requirements.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms, close deals, and follow up on contract execution.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction materials, tools, or machinery is an advantage.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and visit sites.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
- Number of new clients onboarded.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹9,878.88 - ₹36,533.62 per month
