*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop follow-up sequences and content strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain meticulous organization by logging time, tasks, and sales activities daily.
- Create clear Excel records and update online platforms with sales data and progress.
- Present reports in a well-organized statistical format to track performance and effectiveness.
- Conduct calls to close sales, schedule meetings, and handle pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Ensure seamless delivery of promised assets to customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize online project management software like Asana to allocate tasks efficiently to team members.
*Requirements:*
- Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to logging time and tasks accurately.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining clear Excel records and updating online platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to close sales and handle pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools like instantly Apollo.io and online project management software like Asana.
