**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential clients for residential construction projects.
- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, cold calls, and online inquiries.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and present Blydan Homes' offerings.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the project team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client inquiries.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide clients with detailed information about our construction packages, pricing, and services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
